DWTS Semi-Finals Competition Night

I sense a conscious effort to shift the balance of content in order to level out the ratings on Dancing With the Stars. Provided they don’t mess too much with success this looks to be ABC’s primetime flagship for at least another year or two, and I think they don’t want Results Night to be the kid brother anymore. This explains not only the increase in variety and content on Tuesdays, but the addition of unexpected padding on Mondays.
